defendant former employee alleging breach of contract, breach of fiduciary
duty, breach of the duty of loyalty, tortious interference, and violation of
the Virginia Uniform Trade Secrets Act. The employee filed a demurrer, which
was overruled, followed by a plea in bar. Following a bench trial, the court
issued a letter opinion denying the plea in bar, but finding for the employee
on the merits..
